Composite deck with white vinyl rail 20x16
Roof 10x20

Before and after pics. This is the first structural job of the season. We built this deck and roof at the beginning of the season.  Notice there is no center beam for support. It gives the space the room it needs! We have done few more structural jobs through the season and will get them pointed soon. Unfortunately we didn’t get pics with TV hung and with the post caps that light up (compliments of the home owner)!

This is a one day deck!  The little deck was there when we showed up in the am. The big deck was built with clean up in the same day!  This is your basic wood pool deck.  A timeless classic!!!

Before and after pics. Carey Place Bathroom.

CHECK THIS OUT! Yes this is the same bath! Believe it or not the finished product is a brick house  home in the NE. This house is the same layout out as some parkwood homes. We extended the bathroom 4 feet into the master bedroom, new bathroom size 12’X5’. We then moved the toilet over as far as we could without major structure changes. The tub is super deep! Great for bigger people and teaching your kids how to swim! We ripped entire front wall out to except a pocket door. Also to accommodate the 5’ vanity installed. Our goal was to get this job in ten days. The customer added all new doors upstairs and a custom shelving unit. Even with the add ons we still nailed our completion date. This job went smoooooth!! Customer is definitely happy with it!

Before and after pics. Existing parkwood deck on Westhampton drive. This customer went with my recommendation of upgrading there railing to vinyl. They were an older couple who would definitely get the benefits of no maintenance railings. No1 pressure treated wood was used and as always our aluminum reinforced railing system!

Here is a little ground level, add on, wood deck in parkwood. I built the original deck a few years ago.  Customer decided to expand some more. We definitely don’t discriminate against little decks.

Another composite deck! This deck has a nice light grey floor. It is wrapped in white fascia. Railings are aluminum reinforced (commercial grade). We got rid of the door and window and installed a sliding door. This deck is ready to be enjoyed for years to come!

This is the “Big Daddy” of decks! Deck size is 16x18. Composite decking was top of the line! Aluminum reinforced vinyl rails. Wrapped in white fascia board. Maintenance free for many years to come. What beautiful selections this customer made. For me personally the puppy makes the picture!

Before and after pics. This is my favorite decking!!! This is #2 cedar decking. There is nothing like the look and feel of real wood, especially cedar). Cedar is very rich looking. I love wood decks with vinyl railing. I suggest this style of deck to many people because maintenance is easy. Staining decking is not hard, staining the railing is hard and time consuming. If you like the look and feel of wood but not the maintenance this is for you!

Morrell deck with #1 pressure treated decking. Vinyl railings with black, metal tube spindles. Very classy looking. If you are trying to save a few bucks, this is the way to do it! Keeping up with the decking is easy it’s the railing system that takes forever to refinish, when it’s wood. If your getting a deck I would definitely suggest upgrading to vinyl rail to save yourself a lot of work in the future.

Sometimes it only takes a door to make a customers day! We came to the rescue on this one! Unfortunately the original door didn’t quite make it. I suggested this beautiful solid pine door rather than a hollow door. I totally customized the door and door jambs to fit the job! They can finally pee in peace again...

Before and after pics. This is a bath in West Chester. The vanity and medicine cabinets are beautiful! The tub walls are actually a very  nice surround. The floor is one piece linoleum. We took the wall down and the door to the master bedroom out, to really open up this bathroom! One of the best features is the super deep soaking tub! It’s a tub for any one who loves to float there problems away.

Genesee screen door. Nice subtle upgrade to match the garage panels. Always welcome the work!

Here is a Parkwood kitchen we completed a few weeks ago. In this particular kitchen the tile steals the show! I love the stunning backsplash! We originally were going to install some custom shelving between the cabinets but the customer changed there mind because they didn’t want to hide the tile. I personally think that was a great decision! We used existing appliances to save on some major $$$.  Other than that everything is new. The home owner was responsible for electric, I have not been back yet to get the real “Final” pics. I also posted a bunch of progressions pics. Enjoy...
