Structural repairs and reinforcements in Fairmount. Removed brick walls in basement, installed steel beams and columns, poured footings, parged walls, sistered joists, custom fabricated and installed steel angles, installed joist hangers. Built a new first floor closet, installed doors and trim. Call MCG for all structural repairs.







Installed new rain leader and cracked underground pipe in Society Hill. Reinstalled pavers, custom built new downspout box as requested by customer. We do it all.

Kitchen and dining room renovation in Rittenhouse. Saw cut brick, installed new lintel for new door entry, there was a window there. Exposed brick wall, made repairs as needed.
