A lot of progress being made on this one! Check out the before picture of the house to where it is now. It’s come a long way already. But much more still to be done. We are excited to keep chipping away at on this one. Stay tuned and check out our previous post for more info on this project!

Here is a couple progress pictures of the exterior of our Hatboro addition/full house renovation. Interior of the addition which is a master bathroom and walk in closet and also an office is completely finished and we will share pictures of that shortly. We started siding while we are waiting for the windows to come in any day now. We are replacing all of the windows and doors. More interior work is also well on its way. Removed a wall between kitchen and dining room to expand and put a larger kitchen in and we also removed and altered some other walls. Drywall is all complete and painting and flooring being done in the next few days. Stay tuned for some after pictures of this one! Also stay tuned for some other progress and finished pictures of some other projects we have going on. We are wrapping up another 2 story addition/house renovation, a master bath, a garage conversion to in-law suite, and another double dormer addition/full house renovation. A lot going on with DaVinci! Stay tuned as we share our work!

Here’s a deck and pool storage we just finished up in Newtown Pa. Everything built from the ground up, complete with pvc wainscoting around the privacy walls and a metal standing seam roof to match the existing house. Lots of detail trim work on this project. Lastly we built an enclosure for a 5 gallon propane tank. This family now has another great space for entertaining.

Not really sure where to begin with this project.  We’ll just call it a full house renovation. 7 months and 2 phases in the making. We started by moving a laundry room upstairs and moving the powder room to the old laundry area. This allowed us to do a walk in mud room right off the garage entrance. We replaced all windows, exterior and interior doors. New floors throughout the house creating flush transitions and removing the awkward step up when you walked in the front door. New modern staircase and railings and built ins and custom wooden counters throughout the house. Next we moved into phase 2, the kitchen and living room. We started by removing a structurally compromised wall and installing a new beam to open up the space. All new flooring with tile in the kitchen meeting hardwood with all flush transitions. Custom cabinetry and large island for the kitchen. Lastly we redid the fireplace with a stacked stone and added some more custom built ins. Wow what a great project for an even greater family.

Those summer days! We just completed this Trex deck which included removal of a monster concrete ramp. Double border, Radiance rail with black aluminum balusters, post lighting, and sided lower portion to keep the animals out give this deck a super clean look! Homeowners now can enjoy some summer evenings on their new deck!

Check out this elegant master bathroom we just wrapped up in Richboro. From designing to executing, we delivered a true custom experience.

Take a glance at this total make over. New master suite addition on a farmhouse with dog kennel business on premises. Many challenges to this remodel. DaVinci really kept the rustic feel with new and modern touches including all built in cabinetry in the new mud room and walk in closets. A beautiful master bath with zero entry shower, custom built cabinetry and radiant floor. This space is totally reworked that includes 2 walk-in closets, master bedroom and bathroom, sitting room, mud room, powder room and small deck. As always another dream project executed to perfection.
