Projects

Brick Pointing in Port Richmond




An Emergency restoration job that we did at the State Police & Homeland Security building for our friends from Sky Management. We demoed out the failing brick work and rebuilt. We reset and repointed the limestone bed joints and caulked the head joints.






Stone Pointing in Elkins Park




With the recent heavy rains, water found its way inside the NAC. We cut-out the failing expansion joint, applied backer-rod and filled it with sandstone caulk. We also did some brick pointing & caulked the termination bar on the canopy. Thanks to our friends from Milex construction for suggesting  us on another project.

Chipped Out & Stone Pointed in Manayunk





Pointed 3 chimneys- We removed & reset the deteriorating capstones on the parapet walls. We repointed the brick, and caulked the capstone joints & flashing.
