Created a whole new liveable space at this house. Added an indoor outdoor bar, with a sandstone patio. The 100 year old barn wood accent wall really adds to the rustic look. As well as a pallet wall to cover up old cinder blocks. The wet bar down stairs makes it nice to wash out those bar glasses and host your parties. As well as some added storage with the wall and base cabinets. Let us know what house projects we can help nail down.














We have been working on some home projects while we await the word to return back to work. Very pleased with how this pallet wall turned out. The live edge oak mantle and shelves really pop under the 3 accent gimble lights.




In an effort to slow the spread of this virus, Niehaus and Son's Construction will be taking a 2 week maintenance period. We hope everyone will remain safe, healthy, and cozy over the next 2 weeks. Here is a recent job we just finished up in Pittsburgh. We cut down the back wall to the tub to really give this room a more open feel (glass will be added for water retention). The bright colors also bring on a bigger feel to the room, with the black fixtures really popping out of the white subway tile. We are really happy with how this bathroom turned out for our customer.






We are so happy to show to you our latest finalized project. We don't think anyone will be fighting over drawer or counter space in this master bathroom transformation. By losing the jacuzzi tub, and relocating/enlarging the shower, it gives this bathroom an enormous feel. So very thankful to have earned the business of this customer, and extremely pleased with the end all result.














Recent bathroom we just finished up. We apologize for the lack of before pictures on this one. It used to feature a jacuzzi tub and small corner stall shower unit. By getting rid of the jacuzzi we had plenty of room for an oversized vanity and cabinet for storage. Replaced and moved old can lights, as well as got rid of the textured ceiling. We really like how open and useable this bathroom became.
